In the run-up to Maxsta aka Mitch7's forthcoming debut instrumental EP On the Buttons, No Hats No Hoods Records have organised a series of high-profile freestyles featuring MCs firing off their bars over various tracks from the project.
The first in the series featured MC and producer Jammz spitting over a remix of Maxsta's big 2009 single "East London is Back".
Next up came a seven-minute cypher over the looped "Maskimo" instrumental, featuring verses from Halo, PK, M.I.C, Squintz, Renz, Rawza, Omega, Voltage and Maxsta himself.
The most recent release features Essex MC Tommy B bringing his quick-fire flow to Maxsta's "Percy Ingle".
